Operation and Service
1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

CUSTOMISATION
Ovens may be custom-made to the customer's individual requirements.

WARRANTY
A full 12 months warranty on all parts and labour is provided, excluding any damage due to the misuse or abuse of the machine. All ovens are manufactured to the highest quality standards. For details, please read our warranty document.


INSTALLATION
Star Line's sales representatives where possible, will assist with the on-site commissioning and set-up of the machine.

OPERATING MANUALS AND GUIDES
Complete operating manuals are provided to assist with the operation of the machine.


TRAINING
Star Line's sales representatives where possible, will provide on-site training to staff in the following areas:
1. The oven - Set-up, use and maintenance.
2. Sales - Sales tips: 'Up-selling', 'cross-selling', merchandising.

HELP LINE
A telephone Help Line is available during normal business hours to assist customers with any questions or problems.

AFTER SALES SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS
Our factory provides a full repair service with a complete range of spare parts kept in stock. An on-site nationwide repair service is also available if required.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
A service and maintenance contract is available on request, after the expiry of our warranty.

LOAN UNITS
If the unit is unable to be quickly repaired on-site, a replacement loan unit may be provided by negotiation.

PAR BAKE SUPPLIERS
A recommended list of par bake frozen dough suppliers is available on request.

3. SERVICE AND REPAIRS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is no cost for any repairs under warranty.

Units returned to the factory under warranty the freight costs will be borne by the purchaser.

All repair under warranty are subject to quotation.
