1. CONVEYOR TECHNOLOGY

2. TOUCH PANEL ELECTRONIC OPERATION

Once you have trialed your various products and established the exact finish you require. It is simply a matter of loading the food on at one end, taking off the perfectly completed product at the other.


3. 'PULSE-POWER' THERMOSTAT CONTROL

Gas and electric ovens use themostats to control the oven temperature by turning heating elements on and off. This can result in over or undercooked produce and excessive use of power.

Pulse power is a system of heat control that regulates the amount of power supplied to the elements as a constant percentage of total power. This enables unequaled consitency of temperature and is unique to Starline conveyor ovens

Star Line's unique computerised infrared 'PULSE-POWER' energy system combines infrared elements on the top and bottom, inside a fan-forced cooking chamber. This rapid-heating method provides deep penetrating heat almost immediately from a stone-cold start and stone-cold food.

The unique 'PULSE-POWER' thermostat system maintains a constant even economical element temperature by using direct radiant heat and capturing and re-circulating the moist heated air rising from the cooking product within the conveyor cooking chamber. The results are consistent and perfect every time.

For products which are sold by weight, 'PULSE-POWER' ensures a very controllable baking enviroment which means minimal shrinkage and maximum profits.


4. INFRARED ELEMENTS

It is claimed that INFRARED ELEMENTS produce the best, fastest and most economical food preparation and cooking results. Using infrared elements, the heat is immediately available and works directly on the food surface, without dehydrating the food's natural moisture content.


5. TOP AND BOTTOM HEAT ELEMENT CONTROL

The TOP AND BOTTOM ELEMENTS can be set to separate energy outputs. This means you can specify a certain level of heat to the top of your product, and a different level to the bottom.

The unique feature of the top and bottom elements is of enormous advantage in cooking moist products such as pizza, where the thin moist toppings require a totally different heat application to the fresh dough base.
